Book a weekday photography session through our calendar
Please carefully read these instructions before booking your time:
1. Select Your Time Slot
These are shared sessions @$50 each (2 slots per hour) unless you require exclusive use of the farm, then you need to book both time slots. If only one is available, that means the other one is booked.
Exclusive Rental
If you are setting up a vignette or having large groups of people for your photography session, you will need to book exclusively. Rate $100 per hour (booking both slots).
Share the Space
Please be respectful of the other photographer and do not monopolize a particular spot, especially the greenhouse. Rate $50 per hour.
If no other photographers are there shooting and you want to go over your time, that's fine - but the farm will charge $50 per hour for the additional time. Do not stay past your allotted time if other photographers are there.

Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty 48 hours before your session. If it is raining during your time slot or on the day of your shoot, you may reschedule with no charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session because it’s hot or cold (unless temperatures are below freezing), client can't come, etc., you will not be given a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel your session. We welcome anyone to come to the West Milford farm to take pictures any time we are not booked for an event, but we are primarily an event venue, and should we book an event on a date you have scheduled for photography, you will have to re-schedule on another available date. For that reason, we highly recommend weekdays for photography. Should we need to reschedule your date, you will receive an email as soon as we book an event.

Weekend Rates (Fri/Sat/Sun)
Weekend photo shoots more than 30 days out are reserved for exclusive all-day rentals but are still subject to rescheduling should we book an event on the day you reserve. Note that this is risky because we are a busy venue, and most weekend dates (especially spring and fall) will book for events. Rate: $400 per day. To book these dates you can email [email protected]
A Note About Yoga and Bathrooms
We offer Yoga classes Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9 – 10 AM, Monday evening 6 – 7 PM, Thursday evenings 5:30 – 8 PM, and sometimes Saturday or Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 11 AM. If you schedule photography during this time, please understand the Barn Pavilion, including its bathrooms, will be unavailable for photography clients.
Additional bathrooms available during Yoga hours:

- Back of the garage (the door is in the back right corner).
- Groom’s House -- the little white house between the garden and the garage. Sometimes the Groom’s House is closed for our therapist who is here to meet her clients on Mondays and Wednesdays.
